Welcome to Vibfa. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. General Information

  • This website is operated by Vibfa. Throughout the site, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Vibfa.
  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
  • By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase.
  • If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Availability

  • All products are sold on a Print-on-Demand (POD) basis. Each item is produced after an order is placed.
  • We make every effort to display product details accurately, but colors and images may vary depending on your device.
  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, region, or jurisdiction if necessary.

4. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal (see Payment Methods).
  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, processing begins, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.
  • Delivery times and shipping fees are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse our products or services.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.
  • You must not upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to disrupt the functionality of our site.

  • All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Vibfa or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not use our intellectual property without written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability
