International Shipping

2. Order Handling and Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Holiday Delays: Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or promotions.
- Cutoff Times:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.

5. International Customs & Import Fees
- Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
- Customs Delays: Customs clearance may delay your delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate during checkout. Errors in address information may cause delays or failed deliveries.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot make address changes after the order has shipped.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

If your tracking has not updated in 2–3 days, your package is still in transit. You may also contact the carrier or reach out to our support team for updates.
8. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:
