Refund & Returns Policy

At Vibfa, your satisfaction matters. This policy explains exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, hygiene seals (if applicable), and packaging intact.
- An order number or receipt is required as proof of purchase.
- We accept returns for any reason: change of mind, wrong size or color, defective/damaged product, or incorrect item shipped.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of wear, wash, odor, stains, or damage caused after delivery.
- Items missing tags, packaging, or hygiene seals (if applicable).
- Free gifts or items marked “final sale”.
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us: Email contact@vibfa.com with your order number, reason, and photos if defective/damaged.
- Authorization: Our team replies within 1–2 business days with approval and instructions (RMA).
- Prepaid Label: If eligible, we email a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Please do not ship items without authorization.
- Pack the Item: Place the item(s) and all original packaging into a secure parcel.
- Ship: Attach the prepaid label and drop off the parcel within 7 days of receiving the label.
- Inspection: Items are inspected within 2 business days after arrival at our facility.
- Refund or Exchange: Once inspection is complete, refunds are processed within 5 business days, and exchanges are shipped within 5 business days.
4. Return Shipping Fees
- Free Return Shipping: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For returns due to change of mind, wrong size, or other personal reasons (unless otherwise required by law).
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees for any returns or exchanges.
6. Refund Timeline
- Refund issued within 5 business days after successful inspection.
- Refund sent to the original payment method.
- Your bank/card provider may take an additional 10–15 business days to post funds.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges for size, color, or style are processed within 5 business days after the original item passes inspection.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing contact@vibfa.com. After 24 hours, the order may already be in production and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
