At Vibfa, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains in clear terms how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1) Return Window & Eligibility
- Return window: You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition of items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, hygiene seals (if any), and original packaging included.
- Proof of purchase: An order number or receipt is required.
- Reasons accepted: We accept returns for any reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color, defective/damaged, incorrect item received) as long as the item meets the conditions above.
Non-returnable Items (for hygiene & safety)
- Items showing signs of wear, wash, odor, stains, or damage caused after delivery.
- Items missing original tags/packaging or hygiene seals (if applicable).
- Free gifts and items explicitly marked “final sale” (if any).
2) How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us: Email contact@vibfa.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if there is any defect/damage. Our team will reply with instructions and authorization (RMA) within 2–3 business days.
- Receive prepaid label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid, trackable return shipping label. Please do not ship items back before receiving authorization and the label.
- Pack & ship: Place the item(s) and all original packaging/accessories in a secure parcel, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off as instructed. Unauthorized returns or returns shipped without our label may be refused or delayed.
3) Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? Start a return request as above and choose Exchange. We will help process the exchange once your original item is in transit or delivered to our return facility.
4) Refunds
- Processing time: After your return is delivered to us and passes inspection, we issue the refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refund method: Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank/card issuer may take an additional 10–15 business days to post the funds.
- Total timeframe: In most cases, refunds complete within up to 22 business days from the date your return is delivered to us.
- No restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Return shipping cost: When you use our prepaid label, return shipping is free for eligible returns.
5) Responsibility & Lost Packages
- Returns using our label: If you use our prepaid, trackable label and obtain a carrier scan receipt, Vibfa assumes transit risk for the return.
- Self-shipping without authorization: If you ship items back on your own without our authorization/label, you assume transit risk and we may be unable to locate or process the return.
- Outbound delivery issues: If a package is lost or misdelivered by the carrier, we will assist with an investigation/claim and arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate.
- Incorrect address / failed delivery: Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address or unavailability to receive the parcel, we can reship once the package returns to us; additional postage may apply. Refunds are processed once the product returns in original condition.
6) Order Changes & Cancellations
- You may request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing contact@vibfa.com.
- After 24 hours, the order typically moves into processing and may no longer be changeable.
7) Important Notes
- Return authorization required: Do not send returns without prior approval; unauthorized packages may be refused.
- No refund without return: A refund is issued after the item is returned and passes inspection unless otherwise required by law.
- Condition check: If an item arrives used, washed, or missing parts/tags, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
