1. Orders

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our collections, select your T-shirt size and color, add it to your cart, and complete checkout with your preferred payment method.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production begins, and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at contact@vibfa.com.

2. Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

A:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.
  • Total processing time is typically 1–2 business days before dispatch.
  • Delivery takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. and 10–20 business days for international orders. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to selected countries worldwide. Please check the list in the site footer or contact us for confirmation.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email within 24 hours. Tracking becomes active within 48 hours.

3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free. For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), customers may cover return shipping costs.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?

A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Banks or card providers may take an additional 10–15 business days to post funds.

4. Products

Q: How are your T-shirts made?

A: All Vibfa T-shirts are made using Print-on-Demand (POD). Each shirt is printed after an order is placed, ensuring freshness and reducing waste.

Q: What sizes do you offer?

A: Most designs are available in sizes XS to 3XL. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.

Q: What materials do you use?

A: Our T-shirts are made with soft, breathable cotton blends to ensure comfort and durability.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted with SSL and processed by PCI DSS-compliant gateways. We never store full credit card details.
