1. Tracking Information

  • If you’ve just received a shipment notification, please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to become active.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • U.S. Delivery: 3–5 business days after shipping.
  • International Delivery: 10–20 business days depending on the destination country.

Note: Public holidays, customs clearance, or peak shopping seasons may cause delays.

3. Multiple Shipments

To speed up delivery, some orders may be split into multiple packages. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

4. Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
  2. Click the link to open the carrier’s tracking page.
  3. Allow 1–3 business days for the tracking status to update.
  4. If your tracking does not update after 3 business days, please contact our support team.
