At Vibfa, we work hard to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. This policy explains shipping areas, fees, timelines, and what to do if issues occur.

1. Delivery Areas

  • United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International: We currently ship to selected countries (see the list in the site footer or contact us for confirmation).

2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.
  • Total processing time is typically 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $150.

4. Step-by-Step Shipping Process

  1. Order Confirmation: Immediately after checkout, you receive an email confirming your order.
  2. Processing: Orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days.
  3. Dispatch: Once shipped, a tracking number is generated and emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.
  4. Tracking: The tracking number becomes active within 48 hours. Click the link in your email to monitor progress.
  5. Delivery: Orders are delivered within the estimated timeframes listed above, depending on your shipping method.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Lost Packages: Claims must be filed within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Damaged Items: Must be reported within 3 business days of delivery, with photos attached.
  • Wrong Address: Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Fees Policy

  • Shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
  • For eligible returns (defective or incorrect items), return shipping is free with our prepaid label (see Refund & Returns Policy).
  • For exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., size or color), return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
